	A couple of packages for TCP/IP communications have been
announced for machines running System V.3 STREAMS.  (e.g. recent
announcements by Wollogong, Lockhart group, etc.)  What
exactly is this STREAMS stuff?  Is it marketing hype?  Is it
just good old streams as in pipes and streams and BSD 4.2?  An 
enhancement ot SysV.3?
Any clues would be appreciated...
