The current release of SCO Xenix 386 v2.3.1 includes ct.  (It also has 
the HZ value in uucico set to 20 instead of 50.)  
 
I hear that this will be the last release of Xenix.  The next release
from SCO is to be called UNIX.  Perhaps it will even have a real 
inittab.
