This is for the SCO version, I have not tried any other. The first patch fixes command.com so that autoexec.bat does not echo. debug COMMAND.COM -e 116B xxxx:116B 03.02 The second makes echo off the default for all other .bat files. -e 1A04 xxxx:1A04 01.00 -w -q Be sure you back up a copy of command.com before patching it.
