Help, please!

I am using Microsoft Windows SDK 2.03 and plan to buy version 2.10
(getting a regular update seems to take eons in Sweden).  I'd appreciate
if someone knowing SDK 2.03 a-n-d SDK 2.10 please could describe the
differences. 

I know that SDK 2.10 contains Codeview for Windows, but what else? I
am interested in a-l-l differences, like new program examples, tool
alteration, documentation changes (especially concerning the
MDI/multiple document interface).
