I think they've done an outstanding job, considering all the obstacles in their way (I sure wish companies would start using the X release to QA their compilers and utilities). If they're a little slow in responding over the next week or so, either they're off taking a well-deserved rest, or else the switchover to the new MIT phone system has happily left us cut off from the universe for a while.
