The correct representation types for these two resources in the
Athena widgets are:

	XtRFontStruct		XFontStruct*
	XtRCursor		Cursor

Note that the R2 documentation was in error in re. XFontStruct*.
XFontStruct is defined in <X11/Xlib.h> and Cursor is defined in <X11/X.h>.
