How will bug fixes for X11R3 be handled?  I notice 5 or 6 bug
fixes for the sun server have been posted already.  Should we
make these changes?  Will the X Consortium have a set of "blessed"
bug fixes?  How are these to be submitted, evaluated, and
distributed?
