Subject: X11R3/contrib problems

I have been having a great number of problems building ANYTHING in the
contrib portion of R3. A few specifics:

1. windowmgrs/twm
	input is multiply defined in lex.l and twm

2. widgets/Xhp
	a. globalref is defined as extern in Intrinsic.h, but no one
	bothers to include it, hence syntax errors

	b. syntax error in Resource.h

The list goes on, I can't get anything in contrib to build (to be honest
I've only tried a half dozen or so so far), if I am doing something 
obviously wrong please advise me. Also since these are not part of 
the core distribution , should I be reporting these errors to the 
consortium????
