The UNIX Today article is referring to the XrLib (or XRay) that HP developed for X10. We have ported XrLib to X11, but are concentrating on the Xt Intrinsics and the HP X Widgets as our toolkit platform for X11. We will definitely be moving the HP X Widgets to R3 of the intrinsics as they(intrinsics) stablize. In our response to the OSF RFT, we endorse the core component effort of the MIT X Consortium. Bob Miller, our project manager for toolkits, is the current chair of that group. Our intention is to continue our commitment to donating key portions of our software development to MIT and the X community. -- Ed Lee X Window System Program Coordinator 1000 NE Circle Blvd Corvallis, Oregon 97330 (503) 750-4106 ed%hpcvlx@hplabs.hp.com ...hplabs!hpcvlx!ed
