I am trying to use version 1.16.3 of the gnu g++ compiler. I do not
seem to be able to use stream I/O, and the stream.h header file is
missing both from our distribution and those of other sites I know.

How can I access C++ type I/O i.e. using stream.h?

Any help would be appreciated...
