We need software which can parse both C and FORTRAN programs, and produce
a symbol table with full data type information. The software should be
public domain and written in C. A
FORTRAN description for yacc could be used. The software should be written in C
but FORTRAN will be considered. Information on how to use BISON for this 
purpose would be helpful.
