With the new procedures, could you at least inform the potential
applicant whether they were denied or not and why?  I applied twice
before - once while I was the SA for a major backbone - as far as I 
was aware, the "approvals" process was only followed thru on once, and 
I never heard one way or the other on the success of my application.
