I have a cousin who is interested in the Waterloo CS graduate school.
He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from India. He is coming to Canada 
in May 89 with a permanent visa .
How hard is it to get into the CS Master's program at Waterloo i.e. what
percentage of applicants are accepted ? 
Approximately how many prereqs will he have to take ?
Is there such a thing as a direct Ph.D. if his grades are exceptional in
the first few semesters of Graduate school ?
