Offline, 'cause this is old news to most I'm sure, could you send me
pros, cons, shrugs about:

	Smalltalk as an OO programming environment.  
	Application area is network management w/ graphical
	interface, a desideratum is providing a shell for
	supporting visual design input from nonprogrammers
	manipulating icons and widgets more or less directly.

	Specifically, the PC implementation of Smalltalk
	from Digitalk Inc.
