I accidentally deleted the copy I had saved and would appreciate it if someone could mail it to me. I have the associated archive file---just lost the text that came with it. I believe it had a discussion of a system call that caused a given command to be executed by the parent version of command.com. Incidentally, the SETENV program didn't work on my system (vanilla PC clone, PC-DOS 3.2). The search back for the environment area failed on the first pointer check. Haven't really checked out what caused the failure. thanks... ...stevec UUCP: {decvax,ihnp4,linus,utzoo,uw-beaver}!utcsri!uthub!stevec ARPA: stevec%hub.toronto.edu@relay.cs.net CSNET: stevec@hub.toronto.edu CDNNET: stevec@hub.toronto.cdn BITNET: stevec@hub.utoronto (may not work from all sites)
