Procomm uses the esc key as vt220's pf1 key. When I try the suggested ^[ to get escape, Procomm beeps or emacs just bell's back at me and then includes a 'P' in the file I'm editing. Any suggestions on how one can use emacs with this new or for that matter the old Procomm? Thanks in advance, Gary
