I am not able to de-arc the decoded file . I am getting errors after
four files have been found so I suspect part two or three is corrupted.
After the file pcplus.hlp things go wrong, The pcplus.hlp gives crc errors
and is corrupted as well
Seeing the number of posting about problems, I think i reposting of the
package might be justified.
