I read that Codd was supposed to publish a new book on the relational 
model this Fall, but I can't find anything in Books in Print or
Forthcoming Books in Print.  Does anybody know what the status is?

Also, I've seen a very short description of Codd's 12 rules, but there
are a couple which I'm not quite clear on.  The article references
Computer World, but gives no issue data.  Can anybody give me an issue #,
or another book title which gives a thorough (and accurate) description?

Also, Is Codd on the net?
