I'm looking for a description of the SMB message set.  (This is the
messages set used between redirectors and servers under MS-DOS
Netbios.)  Can anybody provide this info, or a pointer to a
publication?  I would have expected to find it in the Microsoft
MS-DOS Encyclopedia, but I couldn't.
