Quite likely. I would be interested in knowing how you deal with the noise problem (just curious: no one using V.32 has actually posted here how it works in the real world with noise). As an aside, is it legal to use V.32 in England, Germany or France? Some of those PTTs apparently have laws against fast modems, reminiscent of AT&T in the bad old days. I have need of an error-free link to all of those countries, be it PEP, V.32 or 2400bps (with MNP). -- James R.
