Directory assistance is reached via 411 for local calls and 1-301-555-1212 (charges may apply) for other parts of Maryland. (0+ and 1+ calls within Maryland do now require the area code.) I don't know who handles such calls. By the way, your item in Telecom referred to area code 403 in western Massachusetts. That should be 413.
