Lines: 10 As expensive as textbooks are, you would find that the costs of local laser printing, photocopying and binding in small quantities might well approach the costs of the real books, and you would get 8.5 by 11 books with lousy binding that don't sit on your shelf well. You would pay a little bit less money, but you would be paying it all to photocopying & binding firms rather than authors and publishers.
