We don't have TeX here so I can't print the GNU emacs documentation.  I
got texi2roff.  However, when I went to look at the texinfo files on the
distribution (18.50) tape, they were all empty.  Does anyone know where I
can get any of the following:

	a) roff version of the documentation
	b) postscript version of the documentation
	c) the texinfo files
	d) a public domain TeX
