I have posted the PostScript code for a reasonable looking
chess font, together with ancillary stuff for using it from
ditroff (it works with our DWB stuff and Adobe TranScript).

I offered it to the Net somewhile ago, provided someone sent me
a definition for some draughts pieces (that's Checkers to any
Americans out there), but I got a total of 0 responses.

That's netland for you I suppose.
