Due to a misunderstanding of the steps to follow, and what steps had already
been followed, the call for votes on "sci.fractals" and "sci.math.fractals"
was done out of sequence relative to most of these groups.

To those planning to vote, please hold off.  To those who had, I thank you
for your response; but please vote again when the call is made again.
