The May 1988 DDJ contains an article about TIFF and software tools for TIFF.

The source for MS-DOS versions of the software is DEST Corp in CA.
Unfortunately they barely seem to know the software exists and are having
a difficult time satisfying requests for copies.

The article specifically states that the software is FREE?

Does anyone know where this software can be downloaded?
Where can I get it?
