Message-ID: <17483@adm.BRL.MIL> Date: 11 Nov 88 10:26:05 GMT Sender: news@adm.BRL.MIL Lines: 20 I just typed in the code on pages 365 - 367 of the Turbo Pascal 4.0 manual, compiled it and tried to use it; but it doesn't seem to work. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a typo in the manual? I'm referring to the procedures on using the Auxillary port on the PC. AuxInit, AssignAux, ... , etc. Does anybody know of a way to effectively send and receive one character at a time from the RS232 port using Turbo Pascal? This is what I need to do. Thanks. -- J.
