Sonata is a commercial font sold by Adobe. It wouldn't be polite (or legal) to give it away. It can be purchased rather cheaply by university types, however. Try calling Adobe toll free at 1-800-344-8335. There are other fonts available for the same purpose (such as the Petrucci font that Coda packages inside Finale for the Macintosh) , but I'm not aware of any postscript music font that is publically available.
