Several people had asked MOSIS if there is an update to the mpla
tiles distributed with BERKELEY tools to fit SCMOS rules Rev. 6.
Here is the good news. I have modified two tiles: p-SCS3cis.mag and
p-SCS3trans.mag. They now present no Design Rule Violations. I have
generated couple simple examples and simulated them to be functional.
The bad new is that I have not fab any examples
(I do not intend to fab them neither)
and will not warrant their functionality. So you have to use with
the understanding that they are not supported by MOSIS nor by me.
If you are interested please send me a note. If enough people show interest
I will post the tiles (Magic format) on the net. (else I will reply by email)
