For printing messages received under MH, I have a shell script which
invokes a showproc that pipes output to our Imagen printer with print
control strings prepended.  I like to print with a left margin for hole
punching as well as using an easier-to-read bold type font.

I have been unable to figure out how to do the same when using bbc.
Any hints would be appreciated.  If anyone wants a copy of what I'm
doing for printing mail, just ask.
