It specifies the only grade that and uucico spawned will run at. So : uux -gA -OA.... Will spool the transfer at grade A and then, normally, spawn a uucico which will only attempt to transfer grade A work. So if you have a lot of news waiting in the queue, at grade n, it wont prevent the mail from getting across.
