I seem to remember a uucico bug on Altos 586 and 986 boxes that wouldn't let you dial more than 11 digits,no matter what.. It was known from the beginning but never fixed.. Kind of hard for people to use Sprint,MCI,or god forbid something like PC Pursuit.
