I have just gotten 1.3 up on my Tandy 1000.  I have also just
upgraded to an ST251(5 heads 820 cyls).  My current partitions
are:
#    start     end   type
1     0        199    DOS
2    200       427     20
3    428       818     21

I have had various problems the current problem is
that I cannot read or write block 10710 or greater of
/dev/hd2.  I can not read or write any thing in /dev/hd3.
I suspect that for some reason xt_wini can not access
more than a certain number of tracks/sectors.  Before I
start tearing into xt_wini I wanted to know if anyone had
seen and/or solved this problem, or if anyone had any
insite into this problem.
