It seems that the output of the linker (ld) contains substantial
symbol table information that is stripped out by the converter (cv).
I would appreciate it if anyone who knows the format of the output file
would send that info to me (or post it - I think there would be
sufficient interest). It would be ideal if someone had the source
to an "nm" utility... Thanks.
