I'm am contemplating purchasing the latest release of minix for my AT compatibleand would like some comments and information about it.  I've heard rumor that
a new release is scheduled for February of 1989-- should I waite or purchase
now.  What kind of support software is required, such as compilers, and are
there hardware requirements that I should know.  I've heard it's not a full
blown unix and would like to know what it lacks as far as utilities.  What is
the easiest way to acquire the package?

Any comments will be greatly appreciated!!!
