Should lorder recognise identifiers *not* beginning in '_'?

I don't immediately see why not, but it doesn't seem to.

I havn't experimented deeply yet - just thought there might be a known
answer (like its a feature, not a bug!).  Also, I'm midway between
1.2 and 1.3, so it might just be (yet another) funny in my particular
set up.

Anyway, I appreciate any obvious answers being passed on...
