	Unfortunately, the Disktop/Fedit/MacTools/ResEdit/etc.
"Protect" box will not work for files on an AppleShare volumes.  You
can check the box (except in MacTools), but it won't stick.  (I.E.
the next time you open the info box, it will have switched back.)

	AppleShare 2.0.1 will allow a network administrator to set a
copy-protect option from the server machine.  This feature was not
present in version 1, so don't look for it there.

	The AppleShare Administrator's Guide discusses copy-protecting
a file on page 151.
