At the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL), we're implementing
an RFC987 gateway - and are having some problems understanding the
way an auto-forwarded message is handled. On page 55 of the RFC, it says
that when p2.Heading.autoforwarded is set to TRUE, all previously generated
RFC 822 field names are to be prepended with Autoforwarded-. I have two
questions: 1. is this recursive, i.e. will the To: of a twice autoforwared 
message be prepended TWICE with Autoforwarded-?
and 2. does Autoforwarded- get prepended before P1-generated RFC822 field names?
