Can someone tell where I might be able to find a utility that uses
the RARP (Reverse Address Resolution Protocol) to find the IP adresses
of ethernet equipment via their ethernet address?  Can someone at the
same time tell me where I can find the source to the latest version of
arp?  While I'm at it, does anyone know if there exists such a protocol
that does a broadcast and asks all equipment connected to a given ethernet
to respond saying that they are there and powered up?
