If adminstrators follow your advice the network systems will be 1000 times harder to penetrate. At least they will have done the minimum required effort to protect their systems. Security generally requires one's best effort to prevent and detect. It amazes me that we have to have yearly events of this type to convince people that the systems need improvement.
