I too have VI running uder VMS 5.0 but I had the following problems
getting it to run:

1. A couple of the source files had an extraneous 'a' in the first column
   that had to be removed for VI.TPU to compile. (I believe this had been
   reported earlier.)

2. The VISETUP.COM defines TPUSECINI as the section file. Howver, it appears
   as if TPU now defaults to TPU$SECTION instead.

We're running VMS 5.0-2.
