I recently got the web2c sources to attempt bringing up TeX/LaTeX on an
IBM RT under ACIS 4.3. Although I am able to compile web2c I have the feeling
that I need some specific "web change" files to "tangle" the TeX source files
from web to pascal.

I have an 1987 TeX distribution tape and all the .c/.h files of web2c; what do
I need in addition to convert the pascal-based distribution to a c-based
distribution.
