I would like to support UUCP mail on our VAX/VMS system. Although I
have PMDF, I don't have DEC/Shell (which is a pre-requisite to the 
PMDF/UUCP implementation).

Does anyone have information on cheaper ways of providing UUCP mail
support on VMS, that don't involve the expense of purchasing DEC/Shell?
