I am looking for the source for an ascii to binary conversion utility
called "atob" and its partner "btoa".  I think they do something like
uuencode but for somereason the person who sent me an enormous file
encrypted it with "btoa".  I am trying to get this stuff running on
a Sun 386i.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
