Hello,
is there anybody who has a public domain source for an "article administration
program" (for PC use) and who wouldn't mind sending me a copy ? With article
administration I mean storing, searching journal articles, books ... in a 
personal filing system. Thanks in advance.

PS - I know there are commercial database programs, we have some, but I prefer a
dedicated program since the commercial stuff does not satisfy specific needs.
