This message announces the availability of A-Talk III, Release 1.0c.  This
first upgrade contains major enhancements to Release 1.0. The upgrade is
FREE to A-Talk III 1.0 registered users.  Please contact OXXI at (213) 
427-1227 for information on how to upgrade.

The new features included in Release 1.0c are:

* WXMODEM send/receive (for People/Link)

* ZMODEM "local" Resume/Append

* YMODEM-g send/receive (for error-free connections)

* 300% improvement of file transfers with XMODEM/YMODEM/ZMODEM at high speeds
  (9,600 and 19,200 bauds) for use with high-speed modems such as Telebits's
  Trailblazers and USRobotics Courier HST

* Support for PAL, Hedley and Morerows Workbench
