  I have benn using Access, but I only can get a 23-line screen.  Is
there some way to get rid of the bottom menu bar to get a full 24 or 25-line
display?  Also I can't get vi to work with Access!  Vi seems to be sending
a ^J character, which is interpreted by a normal terminal as a line feed
(cursor down), but is being interpreted by Access! as a newline character.
