According to my local dealer, Commodore has turned 180 degrees around on the point of dealer support... heck, they even sent him a dealer newsletter! He used to carry IBM clones by Amstrad and others, but now the only clones in his shop are Commodore... "I get the feeling they're listening, when I call them", he sez. About the latest promo: I don't know about the VCR (it looks REAL cheap!). But one thing to keep in mind about the VCR -- you can hook its output to the composite input of your monitor, giving you basically a FREE TV TUNER so that you can watch MTV videos between making them ;-). Not to mention that the software package thing is really useful... Textcraft isn't exactly Wordperfect, but it's certainly adequate to do letters 'n stuff (unlike Notepad which is TOTALLY useless... not to mention BUGGY). -- Eric Lee Green ..!{ames,decwrl,mit-eddie,osu-cis}!killer!elg Snail Mail P.O.
