Nope, not me!  Never have.

I usually insert the Workbench(TM) disk, open the Workbench screen,
and run the Workbench application.  (The functions OpenWorkBench()
and CloseWorkBench() are rarely called for.)

Investigating, I find a Workbench task and a public port named
Workbench.  The latter is probably the same as the WorkBenchPort
mentioned in workbench/workbench.h, which also has a description
of workbench objects.
