Thanks to Ashwin for pointing out the dviselect program which I just
propagated to all /usr/local/test/bin directories.  I also installed
the newest iptex program, which has a new command line option which
invokes dviselect automatically:

iptex -S 3:5 file.dvi

will print pages 3 through 5, for instance, of file.dvi.  The man
pages for these programs were also updated.
